VOA Verified Artist Program - Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the VOA Verified Artist Program! By subscribing to this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership & Subscription

• The VOA Verified Artist Program is a 1-year membership, billed in monthly payments of $20.00, processed through PayPal subscriptions.
• Your $20 monthly fee covers the unlimited hosting of your VOA videos.
• This subscription does not include the supplies required to create a VOA.

2. Required Supplies

To create a VOA, you must use a VOA Chip, which is digitally signed to ensure authenticity. These chips are embedded in the following products:

• VOA Tags (5-pack) $10.00
• Sketch Cards (5-pack) $25.00
• Canvas Cards (4-pack) $25.00

To help you get started, we provide 5 free VOA Tags upon sign-up.

3. Trial Period & Billing

• A 28-day trial period begins upon subscription.
• The trial allows time for your free VOA Tags to arrive and for you to begin using the service.
• After the 28-day trial, your monthly $20.00 fee will begin, unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4. Cancellation & Hosting Fees

• This is an annual contract.
• If you cancel before your renewal date, all VOAs created during the current term will be paused.
• To reactivate paused VOAs, a one-time $20 per VOA fee must be paid for lifetime hosting.
• VOAs from previous, fully paid terms remain active and are not affected by cancellation.

5. Legal Jurisdiction

• The VOA Verified Artist Program is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
• Any legal claims or disputes must be handled in Harris County, Texas.

6. Removal of VOA Records

VOA reserves the right to remove, deactivate, or restrict access to any Video of Authenticity (VOA) record at any time, without prior notice, if we determine, at our sole discretion, that:

• The record is fraudulent, misleading, or associated with counterfeit or inauthentic items.
• The record was created using deceptive practices, including but not limited to AI-generated art falsely represented as authentic.
• The record violates any applicable laws, regulations, or our policies.
• The record is associated with a user who has engaged in actions that undermine the integrity of the VOA platform.
• The record is deemed inappropriate, harmful, or for any other reason we find necessary to protect the authenticity and trustworthiness of our services.

VOA is not liable for any loss, claim, or damages resulting from the removal or restriction of a VOA record.

7. Agreement

By subscribing to the VOA Verified Artist Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
